Profile

Having graduated from Brunel University in 1996 I worked at Leeds Metropolitan University for several years in the Media Services Production team, gaining years of experience in studio and location production as well as instruction to students.

I joined the School of Media and Communication back in 2003 as part of the Techincal team. Having progressed I am now actively involved in the delivery of the technical instruction on a range of modules. I am also due to start my PGCAP professional qualification in January 2019.

I have over 20 years experience of Avid Media Composer and post production work, having worked on range of coproate, educational and professional productions.

I have an interest in Italian Neorealism film and take a keen interest in the development of the latest and greatest production technology.

I'm a keen sports fan, playing and watching. Particularly golf, rugby and boxing.

Love to travel when I can, and would love to explore more of our little big world.

Student education

I teach and instruct on a range of modules within the school across all Programmes at Under Graduate and selection of Post Graduate programmes.

I deliver guidance on Video Cameras, Post Production and Video Journalism.
