Ethics, Culture and Decision-Making

Our research
Environmental factors and culture often influence how people behave. Our research explores how the human ability to behave ethically can be improved or degraded by the context in which we act.
In particular, we explore the role of the professions, organisational culture and leadership structures in creating a favourable environment for ethical behaviour.
